Beauty consultant required for Century City / V&A Waterfront / Table Bay Mall

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering personalized beauty advice, promoting products, and providing exceptional customer service to help clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, engaging attitude, offering expert advice on skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and fragrance products.

• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and routines to achieve their beauty goals.

• Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and techniques.

• Demonstrate product application and provide makeovers or mini consultations when needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the beauty department.

• Meet or exceed sales targets through product knowledge and strong customer relationships.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.

• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and promotional displays.

• Build a loyal client base through excellent service and follow-up communication.

Qualifications:

• 1 year Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or a related field preferred.

• Grade 12

• Certificate/Diploma related

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for beauty and a deep understanding of skincare and cosmetic products.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

• Certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or makeup artistry is a plus.
